Cambridge Tennis Duo Places 2nd at State
When it comes to playing tennis, I’ve always preferred playing in pairs. (I’m actually playing tomorrow with a few friends Uptown. Wish me luck.)
But last weekend, Cambridge freshman Dale Gilliam and junior Patrick Sedeno placed second at the TAPPS 2A District 3 State Championship Doubles Match held in Waco.
And the final game was close. The pair played for match point twice but ended up losing 7-5 in the last set.
