The real estate maven is hosting a pancake breakfast today for agents and managers of Ebby Halliday and Dave Perry-Miller from 8:30 to 11 a.m. at Eddie Deen’s Ranch. On Friday, Ebby will celebrate her newest piece of real estate — Ebby Halliday Elementary — with a 1 p.m. dedication and a slice of birthday cake.
