After taking Tuesday off for final exams, both the Highland Park basketball teams will be back on the hardwood tonight.

The Lady Scots (10-3, 0-1) will play their first home District 10-4A game when they take on Wylie East (3-10, 0-1) at 7:30 p.m. Highland Park fell, 58-54, in its 10-4A opener last Friday at Rockwall. The Lady Raiders lost to McKinney North, 61-42, in their district opener.

The Scots (10-1) will have a non-district road game tonight when they travel to Southlake Carroll for a 7:30 p.m. tip. The Dragons are 9-5. The Highland Park, which just suffered its first loss of the season, opens district play at home against Wylie on Tuesday.
