Ariel Hammond & Tom Brouillard
Ariel Hammond and Tom Brouillard exchanged wedding vows June 11 at The Ritz-Carlton Beach Resort in Naples, Fla. The ceremony was officiated by the Rev. Douglas Pareti. Music for the sunset waterfront ceremony was provided by a flutist and a cellist. A reception of dining and dancing followed at Artisans at The Ritz-Carlton Beach Resort. Guests danced to the music of the Brett Foreman Band.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Herbert J. Hammond of University Park. She is the granddaughter of Mr. John Burttschell and the late Mrs. John Burttschell of Jackson, Miss. and Mr. Herbert J. Hammond and the late Mrs. Herbert J. Hammond, of Albuquerque, N.M.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Donald Maurice Brouillard of Mount Airy, Md. He is the grandson of Mrs. Robert Wright and the late Mr. Robert Wright of Severna Park, Md. and the late Mr. and Mrs. Maurice Brouillard of Linthicum, Md.
The bride selected a fitted, strapless gown designed by Romona Keveza for Stanley Korshak. The elegant ivory sheath featured a cascading flared skirt. The bride wore her mother’s beaded, lace Bianca veil that was refashioned into a cathedral-length veil by Stanley Korshak.
The bride was given in marriage by her parents and escorted by her father. Her maid of honor was Anne Klingman Holmes. Bridesmaids included Lindsay Hargrove, Ann Houston Pogue, and Paige Emerson Turner.
Assisting the groom as best man was Charlie Riley. Groomsmen included Bill Theissen, Toby Balsam, and Bill Fuentes. Ushers were Jay Hammond, Kenny Brouillard, Aaron Messer, and Drew Wilkinson. Ayden Brouillard was ring bearer.
The bride is a graduate of Highland Park High School. She received a Bachelor of Science in journalism in 2005 from Southern Methodist University, where she was a member of Delta Delta Delta Sorority. She received a Master of Mass Media from Louisiana State University in 2011. The bride is an account executive with Endicott & Company, Public Relations.
The groom is a graduate of Old Mill Senior High School in Millersville, Md. He received a Bachelor of Science in information systems in 1999 from Louisiana State University, where he was a member of Delta Chi Fraternity. He received a Masters of Business Administration, also from LSU, in 2004. The groom is a manager in energy trading and risk management consulting services at The Structure Group.
Following their wedding trip to Fiji, the couple are at home in Dallas.
