Security Firm’s Font Sends Wrong Message
As I drove to and from the Fall Family Festival at Preston Royal Village, I spotted a patrol car for a private security firm that I think was called Firstwatch. The company’s name is printed on the sides of the car, but it wasn’t the name itself that caught my eye; it was the fact that the name was in a font called comic sans. That’s not the ideal typeface for intimidating would-be burglars.
