Lady Scots Back Home For Dual Match Tonight
The Highland Park volleyball team, after playing in the Byron Nelson Tournament last weekend, will be back at Highlander Fieldhouse tonight for a 5 p.m. dual match against Flower Mound Marcus and McKinney Boyd.
After a 2-6 start to the season, the Lady Scots went 4-2 in the tourney to up their record to 6-8. Highland Park will look to get back to .500 with a pair of wins tonight, although Marcus rallied to beat the Lady Scots, 21-25, 26-24, 25-22, in the Duncanville Tournament earlier this season.
Following tonight’s matches, Highland Park has one more tournament, one more dual match, and two more non-district games before it opens District 10-4A play on Sept. 9 at Rockwall-Heath.
