Cafe Pacific’s Jack Knox Picks up Man’s Best Friend Award at Top Hat & Tails
Cafe Pacific’s Jack Knox received “Man’s Best Friend Award” Saturday night at Paws In the City‘s Top Hat & Tails. In addition to being a dedicated supporter of humanitarian efforts, he is a devoted animal lover. Doesn’t even mind his dogs, Wal-Mart and Woodrow, and cat Callie squeezing him off his king-size bed.
Another award that was given out at the gala in Frontiers of Flight Museum was “The St. Francis of Assisi Award.” It was given to longtime animal advocate Jonnie England, who lives with two dogs, Muffin and Marigold, and five cats, PJ, Slinky, Sam, Winky and Bitsy.
All of Jack’s and Jonnie’s critters were rescued or adopted.
Hi Jeanne,
Thank you for the nice mention and picture. I sent it to my 85 year old sister in Chicago and she loved it !
All the best,
