Enjoy The Friday Night Sights

School’s out, the kids are free. However, their new liberty can create anxiety among parents who are unsure how to entertain them. Kids get bored and hungry easily, so instead of taking them to an overcrowded, stuffy restaurant, the whole family can relax during the Movies Under the Moon event.

Every Friday in June, a classic family-friendly film will be shown for free outdoors at The Shops at Park Lane. The series began June 3 with The Wizard of Oz. It continues tonight with E.T. and concludes next week with Shrek.

Families are encouraged to bring their friends, enjoy the summer breeze, and picnic while watching the film. Moviegoers can either bring their own food or purchase hot dogs and drinks from the Gordon Biersch tent. The movie starts at 8 p.m.; arts and crafts courtesy of Whole Foods Market are available at 7 p.m.
