So, does the writer get advertising dollars if you click from her blog to the merchant and make a purchase? Is this like one of those marketing ways to make money off the internet? What’s that called…
Better idea for a free cleanse. Fast. Drink Water. Get some sleep. Take 2 Xlax.
Love it!!!
$100 a day for juice? My oncologist would kick my butt if I said I was going to drink that stuff for 3 days. No real MD doctor recommends these “cleanses”. She doesn’t say what cancer she had, but living on liquids is not recommended by any of my cancer docs. When I felt too sick to eat they made me eat. Even after a ton of chemo they said absolutely not to any detox or cleanse, they just aren’t healthy. I’m with skepticalmom, drink water, buy a juicer and in the refridgerated section at Whole Foods they have terrific fresh, whole 100% fruit & veggie juices. I thought THAT juice was expensive, but you could fill your fridge for $100.
Glad you liked it, and hoping for a better happier and healthier you.
Looks like some folks didn’t even read the blog because they’re confused about the topic. This is not that type of cleanse. You can eat food, no one is “living on liquids” and it lasts for one day. Not really that controversial. The blog is for fun, something friends have encouraged me to do, and the thought that I will ever make a penny from it is comical! I’m just trying to encourage postivie, healthy thinking, wade through the sea of products and information out there and let people know about them. Thanks for reading, I think.
RP – you go girl! I’m so proud of you!! Your sweet personality and uplifting attitude are examples for us all! Thanks for giving us something to think about and a great way to detox from everyday stuff! I’m pretty sure that a good vitamin cleanse is better than X-lax any day of the week!!
Thanks Merritt for keeping us posted as usual!
When I said Love it! I’m talking about the blog. I appreciate Renee sharing her experiences and what she finds that works and doesn’t work
