Ok, I don’t understand. To me, this sounds like an opinion or thought that belongs on your personal blog, not in a newspaper’s. This is not your twitter page, or Facebook. It would be nice to see articles/blogs about real, informative community information. No disrespect intended.

Perhaps I wasn’t clear enough, thekeving. Some of my prior posts will reveal my affinity for the scenery at Hyer.

thekeving: lighten up. This is a community blog. You are under no obligation to read it. I like the musings of the bloggers on this site. When I run across one that doesn’t interest me, I actually have the ability to move on to something else.

Should you feel an overwhelming wistfulness to recapture those precious childhood moments after she leaves Hyer, feel free to show up at their cafeteria on “taco day”. Trust me, you will be welcomed back with rubber gloves, an apron and 3 hours of sweat equity. That ought to get you over it.

I felt the same way when my youngest left Armstrong, they are too young to move up just out of fourth. You have my sympathy for the next four years of sheer hell driving around MIS/HPJH. I shiver just remembering those years.

All those 8th grade parents can rejoice, the traffic sitch at HPHS is a dream comparatively!

If you have a good attitude and look out for kids but not for every infraction, it’s not so bad. I still wish the drivers would PULL FORWARD before they stop at drop off and pick up!!

I’ve had no problems at MIS. First few days are hectic, then it all settles down.
