HP Resident Faces Uncertain Future
Al G. Hill III and his wife Erin were indicted on a handful of charges that could result in Al spending the rest of his life in prison. Or, he could just get probation. Such is the range of punishment for a first-degree felony, and Al potentially has four of those on his plate. At the center of the legal battle is the couple’s claim to be the sole owners of their $1.9 million home on Bordeaux Avenue, which they used along with alleged fibs about their income to get a $200,000 loan.
