Buy a Lemonade, Aid Japan

If you’re looking for a way to educate your children about the tragedy in Japan and the value of giving back, head over to Kidville at Preston Royal Village from 11:30 to 1 p.m. on Thursday for a charitable cup o’ lemonade.

Lemons to Aid, a non-profit started by Preston Hollow resident Melissa Plaskoff, will be pouring the juice with all proceeds going toward relief efforts in Japan. Similar events have already been held in Galveston, San Antonio, Austin, Plano and even San Clemente, Calif. Local kids will be working the stand, so bring your little one down to meet some great peer role models.
