YOGA WORKSHOP RAISES THE STAKES IN COMMUNICATION

DALLAS, TX: Park Cities Yoga offers Being Here Now: a Yoga Workshop in Authentic Presence to the North Texas community March 5-6, 2011, 1pm – 6pm each day. The workshop will be led by Park Cities Yoga owner and lead teacher Jeffry Farrell (who is also a writer, performer, and director) and award-winning actor David Goodwin. Farrell says,

We’ll awaken the capacity for imagination and tap personal reservoirs of memory and emotion, to liberate mental activity, to heal, and to approach bliss experience. In addition to engaging tools from the yoga practice, we will use short passages from Shakespeare as forms for breath and voice. Participants will leave the workshop ready to communicate more authentically and engage in their world on a deeper level.
