Kershaw Named Opening Day Starter

Former Highland Park Scot Clayton Kershaw has been named the Opening Day starting pitcher for the Los Angeles Dodgers when they face the defending World Champion San Francisco Giants on March 31 at Dodger Stadium.

Kershaw went 13-10 with a 2.91 ERA last season.

    Unfortunately, that means he’ll be 0-1 after the season opener after going up against Tim Lincecum.
