Stephanie Scott & Beau Harbour

Stephanie Alison Scott and Bruce (Beau) Hampton Harbour Jr. were married Sept. 25, 2010, at Gorrono Ranch in Telluride, Colo. The Rev. Abraham Cho, a pastor at Redeemer Presbyterian Church, the couple’s home church in New York City, officiated. A reception and seated dinner with music for dancing, also at Gorrono Ranch, followed the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Geoffrey G. Scott of Chapel Hill, N.C., formerly of Darien, Conn. Her mother, Caroline, is a volunteer in the local schools and community. Her father is president of Scott Asset Management, an investment advisory firm in Chapel Hill. The bride is the granddaughter of Camilla Rushbrooke, also of Chapel Hill.

The groom, a 2001 cum laude graduate of St. Mark’s School of Texas, is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Bruce H. Harbour Sr. of Highland Park. His mother, Jan, is actively involved in a number of civic organizations and church related activities. His father is president of Harbour Realty Corp., a commercial real estate brokerage and property management firm. The groom is the grandson of Jean Bleakley, also of Dallas.

The couple met at Princeton University where they were fellow class officers and both graduated magna cum laude in 2005.

Mrs. Harbour, 27, is president of Mom Corps, New York City, a division of the Atlanta-based national staffing firm that specializes in flexible employment opportunities, particularly for working moms. From July 2006 to July 2010, she was an associate at Centerview Partners, a mergers and acquisitions advisory firm in New York City.

Mr. Harbour, 28, is an associate director at Mount Kellett Capital Management in New York City, an investment firm focused on global special situations investing.

The bride was given in marriage by her mother and father. Her maids of honor were Jennifer Scott of Richmond, Va., and Hillary Scott of Chapel Hill, N.C. Bridesmaids included Blair Harbour, Stephanie Metcalf, and Dunham Townend, all of New York City; Stephanie Kapsis of Washington, D.C.; and Ysa Rodriguez of Houston.

Serving the groom as best man was James Moran of New York City. Groomsmen included Evan Baehr of Cambridge, Mass.; Scott Daubin, Paul Stamas, and Brad Wallace, all of New York City; Matt Reinbold of Chicago; and Chris Steinbaugh of London.

Ushers were Lucas Batzer, Michael Muse, and Clay Calhoon, all of New York City. Madilynn Stelzer, cousin of the groom, was the flower girl, and Cooper Baehr, the groom’s godson, was the ring bearer.

Following their honeymoon in Bali, the couple will reside in New York City.
