Scots Blank Shorthanded Bulldogs
Highland Park remained undefeated and clinched a playoff berth with a 49-0 trouncing of McKinney North on Friday night at Ron Poe Stadium.
The Bulldogs were without starting quarterback Brylen Williams, who has thrown for 671 yards and three touchdowns and rushed for 690 yards and eight touchdowns this season.
The Scots (8-0, 5-0) dominated from their very fist offensive snap, a 70-yard touchdown run by Preston Miller right up the middle. The defense forced three turnovers in the win.
