During this evening’s Highland Park Town Council meeting:

The Town Council also discussed (and agreed to) changing the time of every second council meeting. Meetings will now be held at 4 p.m., then 8 a.m. the following session. Surprisingly, a reporter present was not asked if 8 a.m. was convenient or ideal for him. Harrumph.
