Tonight: A Parent’s Guide to Tweeting, Tagging, and Texting

Social media has changed the way, well, practically everything, works.

Thankfully, Katie LeClerc Greer, the former Internet safety program coordinator for the Attorney General, is going to help parents navigate the treacherous waters of technology. Following a free pizza dinner at 6 p.m., Greer will speak at 6:30 p.m. at the Marsh Middle School auditorium, and  an interpreter and childcare will be provided.

WT White High School and Franklin Middle School are advertising the event and it is open to the public. Topics will include cyber-bullying, texting, and general Internet safety.
