Who Are Angels & Airwaves?
To hear some of our commenters tell it, half of Highland Park High School was at the Palladium Ballroom on Thursday night. Near as I can tell, the headlining act that night was Angels & Airwaves. I’ve never heard of them. Are they what the kids are listening to these days? (At 35, I’m already an irrelevant old man with no hope of answering that question.) Five minutes of Googling shows me that one of the guys in this band is from Blink 182, which is more in my musical wheelhouse. By the way, here’s the band’s set list from that now infamous concert.
Great band, but I didn’t think they were that well known.
